  • Start working out. Create a workout routine you will follow. No need to go to the gym – there are plenty of bodyweight exercises you can do right from the comfort of your home. 

 

  • Start a bike riding routine. Begin a regular bike riding routine around your neighborhood or local trails.

 

  • Join your school's sports club. Get active by joining one of your school’s sports clubs. Whether it’s soccer, basketball, or swimming, participating in a school sports team is a fantastic way to stay fit, develop new skills, and connect with peers who share your interests. 

 

  • Start a daily walking routine. Walk around your neighborhood or local park. 

 

  • Start a daily stretching routine. Incorporate stretching into your daily routine. It's a great way to improve flexibility and relieve stress, and you can do it anywhere.

  • Experiment with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Try a HIIT workout that involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rest periods. These workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment and are highly effective.
