To effectively answer this prompt, you should keep the following points in mind.

• Describe the challenge: Provide context for the challenge, setback, or failure. Explain the situation you were in and why was it difficult for you. This will help the reader to see the reasoning behind this issue and its significance in your life. 

   

• Acknowledge your feelings: Describe how this challenge, setback, or failure made you feel. Were you frustrated, disappointed, fearful, embarrassed, etc? Talking about your true emotions will help your narrative feel more authentic to the reader. 

   

• Explain the significance: Talk about why this setback, challenge, or failure is important to you. Did it challenge your sense of purpose or your identity? Did it lessen the impact of something that you worked hard for? Did it make you feel embarrassed in a social setting?
