Morgan State University has a test-optional policy and allows self-reporting of scores. This means that applicants can choose whether or not to submit standardized test scores, and if they do, they can report their scores without needing to send official documents. Currently, 26% of applicants submit SAT scores, while 3% submit ACT scores; the total of 29% indicates that some students may submit both types of scores.
