Alverno University is test optional and allows self-reporting of test scores. This means that applicants can choose whether or not to submit standardized test scores and, if they do, they may report their scores themselves rather than requiring official reports. Currently, 4% of applicants submit SAT scores, while a significant 96% submit ACT scores, indicating that some students provide both scores, as the total exceeds 100%.
