The University of Nevada - Las Vegas (UNLV) has demonstrated a declining trend in overall acceptance rates over recent years. For the application year 2022, the acceptance rate was 61.8% with 32,000 applicants and 19,780 admitted students, down from 63.5% in 2021 when there were 30,400 applicants and 19,270 accepted. The previous year, 2020, had a higher acceptance rate of 65.4% with 28,700 applicants and 18,750 admissions. This pattern indicates increasing competition as fewer applicants are being admitted proportionately.
