The student demonstrates a strong command of correct mathematical notation, symbols, and terminology, consistently and accurately using them throughout the exploration. Key terms and variables are appropriately defined and explained when first introduced, and the main concepts related to plant growth are thoroughly described in the introduction. Additionally, the student defines additional terms in detail as the exploration progresses, such as different types of functions and models. Mathematical representations such as formulae, diagrams, tables, charts, and graphs are used appropriately, and all calculations and data presentations are well-explained. The student also states the degree of accuracy for rounded values and rounds results only at the end of the calculations. Although the student effectively uses deductive methods and logical proofs, there is a need to ensure that all graphs, tables, and diagrams are labeled at the bottom for clarity of presentation.
