The student has successfully divided their work into sections, including an introduction, data collection, a subdivided body, an evaluation, and a conclusion. The body of the work is further subdivided to clearly indicate the phases of the exploration. The topic of the internal assessment is stated clearly on the title page and explained in the introduction. The student provides a general description of their approach to the topic and identifies the area of the math curriculum that the exploration focuses on. In the conclusion section, the student summarizes the outcomes and provides responses to the aims stated in the introduction. The exploration is clear and understandable throughout, and the consequent parts of the work are logically linked. The use of technology, such as a GDC, is clearly indicated and explained. However, the student is advised to provide a brief description of the analytical software used and include the link to it as a footnote. The graphs, tables, and diagrams are present in appropriate places, and only large tables or additional diagrams/graphs are attached as appendices. The exploration meets the required length of 12-20 pages, uses the correct font size, and double spacing with justified text. All information outside of the syllabus scope is appropriately referenced. Mathematical formulae, equations, and calculations are centered. The student is advised to remove the page number from the title page. Finally, there are no unnecessary or repetitive calculations, graphs, or descriptions.
