The student designs a method that is appropriate to the research question. They correctly identify the independent (household income) and dependent (Level of awareness) variables to pursue the research question. The method designed allows for the collection of sufficient relevant data, as the student correctly lists the variables that have to be controlled or maintained constant (location, age, and level of education of the respondents) for the results to be valid. The student also designs a method that is repeatable, providing sufficient detail for the reader to replicate the data collection in another environment or society. The necessary details, such as the name of the platform used to display questions and receive answers, the messaging apps used, and the percentage of the population targeted to gain responses, are included. The student justifies the choice of the sampling strategy used and provides a clear description of all of the methods, materials, procedures, and other variables involved in the study. However, the student should have included a safety assessment and an environmental assessment, if applicable.
