The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science is test optional, meaning that students can choose whether or not to submit standardized test scores as part of their application. However, self-reporting of scores is not allowed, which means students must submit official scores if they decide to provide them. Currently, 15% of applicants submit SAT scores, while 10% choose to submit ACT scores; the combined total of 25% reflects that some students may submit both types of scores.
