Colgate University is a test-optional institution, meaning that applicants are not required to submit standardized test scores for admission. In addition, the university allows self-reporting of scores, which enables students to present their SAT and ACT results directly on their applications instead of sending official scores. Notably, 100% of applicants choose to submit SAT scores, and 100% also submit ACT scores; the total exceeds 100% because some students submit both test scores.
