The University of Texas at Dallas has reported a domestic acceptance rate of 36.3% for the application year 2024, with 10,820 of the 29,808 applicants being accepted. This marks a slight increase from the 35.8% acceptance rate in 2023, where 10,600 out of 29,500 applicants were accepted. Historically, the acceptance rates have been fairly stable, hovering around the mid-35% range, with rates of 35.9% in 2022, 35.7% in 2021, and 35.6% in 2020. This consistency suggests a steady demand, as the applicant pool has also expanded, growing from 27,000 applicants in 2020 to nearly 30,000 in 2024.
