Historical Acceptance Rates

New Jersey City University has shown a steady increase in its overall acceptance rates over the past three years. In 2022, the acceptance rate was 47.6% with 10,250 applicants and 4,885 admissions. The previous year, it was 46.0% with 9,950 applicants and 4,580 admissions, while in 2020, the rate was slightly higher at 46.2% with 9,700 applicants and 4,475 admitted. This upward trend in acceptance rates indicates a slight easing in competition among applicants.
